The Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) has published its Design Guide for Plastics Recyclability in French to support Quebec’s new curbside recycling system. Partnering with Éco Entreprises Québec (EEQ) and Recyc-Québec, APR aims to ensure that producers have the technical guidance needed to design recyclable packaging and meet Quebec’s recycling targets.
The translated guide, which includes new content on flexible polypropylene packaging, will help optimize packaging for recyclability and promote eco-design practices. APR’s President, Steve Alexander, highlighted the importance of collaboration in fostering a robust circular economy for plastics across North America.
